This workbench is made from heavy-duty stainless-steel grade 1mm thick 304 food grade stainless steel far superior and thicker stainless to most other suppliers which is 201 and corrodes a lot easier. 201 stainless steel contains 15% chromium and 5% nickel. 201 stainless steel is a substitute for 304 steel. And 304 stainless steel contains 18% chromium and 9% nickel in standard. In comparison, the content of nickel and chromium in 304 is higher than that in 201, so the rust resistance of 304 is much better than that of 201.
This is corrosion resistant and hygienic. After doing food preparation, it makes cleaning fast and convenient. It is perfect for cafes, restaurants, fisherman, butchery, bars, kitchens, tuck shops and retirement villages.

Purchased this bench for our school kitchen, where we prepare food for 50–100 students each week. The shelves are well spaced and very practical. With the addition of castors (purchased separately), the overall height is perfect, and the bench is easily movable. There are some early visible scratches after two weeks of use but it’s easy to clean, and overall, it’s a solid, well-made product.
The only challenge was assembly — the legs were quite stiff to fit into the top and needed a bit of force and manoeuvring. An instruction sheet would have been helpful, especially one that clearly explained the recommended assembly order (e.g., legs and shelves first, then the tabletop, or vice versa).
