Refund Policy:

Central Concepts Limited will offer a partial refund if item is slightly damaged or has a manufacturing defect, alternatively we will replace the product and dispatch a replacement right away. We would need to be advised of this within 2 days of receiving the product.

 

Returns Policy:

Central Concepts Limited does not accept returns if product is no longer required or not fit for purpose. We will replace product if there is a Manufacturing Defect or Damage to the product during transit. We will also arrange collection of the Damaged or Faulty item at Central Concepts expense, we would require photos of item and to be advised of this within 2 days of receiving the product.
